Advice to teachers

1. Learn about the phenomenon of Bullying in School
2. Pay the necessary attention to what the children are telling you
3. Notice what happens also in the relationships of your collegues
4. If you realize that something is going on talk to both children in private and separately
5. Mark the limits of their behavior strictly
6. Develop activities that will enable creating a climate of joy and teamwork.
7. Do not punish the child who bullies, simply limit his access to the other children
8. Absolve the child who is experiencing bullying
9. Do not aim for the “reconciliation” of the two children. It involves the risk of revictimization.
10. Call National Helpline for Children SOS 1056, with no charge and anonymously, to talk to a psychologist
